Privacy policy

This site belongs to Vlad Voica (“crafted by vlad”), Alba Iulia, Romania. I keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and answer your messages. Questions about your data: [email protected].

What I collect

Contact form. When you send the form, I receive:

  • your name and email address;
  • your company or website, if you add it;
  • the project type, the package you selected and your budget range, if you choose them;
  • your message and the deadline you mention, if any;
  • the language of the page you used (English or Romanian).

Name, email and message are required so I can respond to your enquiry. All other form fields are optional.

I use these details only to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your request (steps taken before a possible contract) and my legitimate interest in answering messages sent to me.

Emails and WhatsApp. If you write to me directly, I receive whatever your message contains.

Visit statistics. No analytics script runs on this site. I only look at the aggregated traffic numbers that Cloudflare produces from its own server logs while hosting the site, such as the number of visits, the pages viewed and the countries they come from. These numbers don’t identify you.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and no analytics tracking script is currently installed. Your browser temporarily remembers whether you’ve seen the opening animation during your visit. This information stays on your device.

Who processes the data

  • Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, runs the contact form and produces the traffic statistics.
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers form submissions to my inbox.
  • Zoho hosts my email (Zoho Mail) and stores our conversation in its data centre in the European Union.
  • If you choose to message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) processes that conversation under its own terms.

Cloudflare and Resend are companies based in the United States. According to their data processing agreements, transfers of personal data from the EU rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. I don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Messages that don’t turn into a project are deleted 12 months after our last exchange; I check for them every month. If we work together, project correspondence and documents are kept for as long as the project needs them and for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Just email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
